(AJUDA) Upload shell

Olá tenho um site vull aqui
eu tenho condição de upar uma shell e fazer redirecionamento !
mais eu quero Ownar, mais eu não estou conseguindo upar a shell
eu até upo mais na hora de abrir a shell, dá nisso:

sera que vc ta achando a shell msm?
recomendo vc usar o acunetix para achar a shell dentro do site !
e shell.jpg nao tem jeito manolo e imposiivel

fluxo de php, ta sem acesso rei, admin tira pra poder ficar dificil de ownar o trem, tenta upar um .htaccess ae .

Deixo eu explicar
assim que eu tento fazer o upload
ele passa a shell em um redimensionador de imagens
ai danifica minha shell ai quando tento abrir ferra tudo
